Training Methodology

DATA EXPERT have already engaged in conducting various Vocational/Educational Training Programmes for more than one decades. During this period we gained experience and fame from our work. Off course in the very beginning we face some difficulties to fulfill the requirement of our clients with the result to honour our commitment we suffered from huge financial losses but Data Expert treat this situation as a challenge. During the spent of time we feel more comfortable to honour our commitments without giving any passage to dissatisfaction. To complete the job entrusted to us more efficiently we developed a strategy based on “WHAT TO DO?”, “HOW TO DO” and “WHEN TO DO” keeping in view its nature and objects so as to achieve the target and proof its utility. Our training methodology based on the following points.




Deep Study of Modules to be covered in training which help us to understand its utility and method of implementation in such a way that solves the purposes of training.
Fixing the Target and Priorities: In our opinion before starting a training programme we must know what we are actually going to do and what should we do first. This is a most important factor for conducting training successfully.
Assessment and Arrangement of Resources: All the training programmes have its own aim, subject and requirement according to its nature so assessment of resources available and required to complete the programme is must. This process includes finance, manpower, premises, raw material, tools and machinery etc.
Arrangement of Expert Faculty: Soon on finalization of training we first mark a flag on topics to be covered under that training programme and our search for appointment of experts of such fields begins.
Arrangement of on spot/on the Job Training: We have a long relationships with different kind of industries and business houses where we provides on spot training to the candidates.
Preparing Time based Action Plan: To run smoothly and complete the training well in time without leaving any important point during full duration of training we prepare a time based action plan which guide us to run the programme systematically.
Appointment of Co-ordinatos and Trainer: Since DATA EXPERT has already involved in such training programme for last one decades so there is a long list of Co-ordinator and Trainers of almost all the trades. We are in regular touch with him and capable of availing his services as and when required.
Fixing the Responsibility/Liabilities: Although our supporting team is responsible and fully capable of handling all supposed problems relating to training even then, to avoid any inconsistency each and every person have its own role according to his portfolio.
Skill Enhancement Activities: To provide a strong base we are regularly arranging Workshops/Seminars on related topics where participants share the experiences of professionals and exchange their views. In such activities we also invites officials of financial institutions for providing information regarding various Govt. Schemes through which they get financial assistance.
Placement Assistance: DATA EXPERT have its own Placement Assistance Cell that provide proper guidance and assistance to candidates for securing job to his choice and ability. After completion of training our relations with the candidate will remain exists till the settlement of his job.
Feedback: To assess our overall performance and in the sense of providing our expert guidance to all the candidates whether they are working or in waiting our representatives met him personally to obtain his views, to know his difficulties which they are facing in performing his duties. After collecting the necessary information we provide him proper guidance and suggestions to remove their problems. We also provide him Technical Assistance if required to enhance their skill.
