TRAINING METHODOLOGY
1). Pre-Training Survey: It is a essential part of our training methodology which help us to collect necessary information of a trainee regarding his background and current status. This also helps us in maintaining a database that we may utilize in future for any other purposes
2). Pre-Training Selection Process: After collecting information through post training surveys and many other resources we start our selection process for eligible candidates according to the guidelines provided by our clients.
3). Counseling: Under this phase of our practices we met personally with each candidate and ask him some questions regarding his previous and current occupation, experience, Qualification, family background and his ambitions which help us to judge his skill and mental status.During this counseling session we brief him about all the aspect of the training to be provided to him and try to know his/her choice of field (if necessary according to the nature of training). There-after our expert team guide him for which one is the best suited to his/her personality and how they can be benefited through this entire training process. Information regarding after training benefits and its impact on overall lifestyle is also provided to every candidate.
4). Finalisation of Selection: In this stage we thoroughly examine all the information and documentary proof submitted by the candidates in the light of eligibility criteria fixed for selection and all candidates qualifying this process informed to attend workshop.
5). Pre-Training Preparation: In our workshop we discussed the whole layout of training, its objectives, advantages and future aspects to enable the candidates in knowing the result and value of what they are doing. Our experts tried to prepare him mentally for training so that their interest during entire training process maintained and they achieve much more than we planned. During this face-to-face conversation we also provide all relative information about their curiosity.
